On February 19th, SHE | HER | US gathered women in dentistry for an evening centered on intentional leadership, personal growth, and meaningful connection.

LeadHERship & Focus was designed for women who are ready to lead with clarity and purpose—starting with themselves and extending that leadership to their teams and practices. The evening was led by Paula Quinn, Co-Founder of Next Level Consultants, who delivered an engaging and impactful CE session that blended accredited education with real-world leadership strategies.
