We started SHE | HER | US with a simple but powerful intention: create the space we needed but couldn’t find. The healthcare field is full of brilliant women—yet too many felt isolated, overlooked, or underestimated. We knew there had to be a better way. So, we created it.

One conversation. A shared feeling that we need more connection. That moment turned into a movement—bringing together women who value purpose, leadership, vulnerability, and real community. SHE | HER | US launched in Arizona with one mission: empower female physicians through connection, conversation, and community. And it’s only grown from there.
